  • Listing Content: Property images, descriptions, prices, and your contact details (phone/email) for buyers/renters to contact you.

  • We do not collect or store any bank details, credit card numbers, or personal banking information. All payments for premium features or paid listings are processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateways.

1.4 Location Data

  • We collect your Location Data (using GPS or network location) to enable features like “Find Properties Near Me” and to show you relevant listings based on your current geographical area. You can manage or disable location services through your device settings.

  • Service Provision: To create, maintain, and manage your account, and to facilitate property listings, buying, selling, and renting activities.

  • Communication: To connect buyers, sellers, and renters, and to send you service announcements, security alerts, and support messages.

  • Security & Verification: To verify user identities, prevent fraud, and ensure the safety and integrity of our marketplace.
